We've been here for two years and just renewed for our third. Pros: It's a comfortable place to live. It is nicely landscaped, utilities included in the rent mean no hassle, customer service is responsive and maintenance issues are handled promptly. The maintenance guys are super nice as well. Although the gym is small-ish, there are always available machines to work out. Cons, there are some undergrads, but the place is surprisingly quiet. We did have our car vandalized (back window smashed in), but apparently that had happened to several people in the Fry's Spring area as well. One of our neighbors chain smoked outside his apartment, so the outside hallway often smells of smoke. Overall, small things. We'll probably stay here for another two or three years, until we move out of Charlottesville.

Living to have the peace of mind to live in a community where you are only responsible for your room. Provides you with a good place to live with plenty of amenties. I had a great experience with my roommates as well. By far the best value. The shuttle and clubhouse are great. An important thing though is to make sure to get to know your roommaets before you move in so you can have a great roommate match like me.

It is a nice community, good location. Would recommend to people just starting out on their own while trying to save money.

I love the ameneties and that it's close to everything important in Charlottesville.

It is all inclusive, so a really nice deal. The apartments are nicely built and over all very spacious. Like the full size washer and dryer and the decent sized storage area. Great ammenities with the pool, club house, fitness area, and carwash bay.

Living at Eagles Landing is nice - it's quiet enough, the rent is reasonable, and the apartments are new and comfortable.

That it has good amenities. The location is excellent and close to just about everything. Love writing one check for everything and being done for the month. The cost is phenomenal. Maintenance is timely and staff is helpful.
